Our Company is rapidly expanding with a new salon opening in Wimbledon by November 2008.  We are seeking exceptional individuals who want to work towards our mission of combining the art of hairdressing, beauty, fashion and the environment.

We are currently seeking:

Educators

We are looking for top hair stylists who want to further their career in education. The right candidates will inspire, train and develop our junior stylists and stylists as well as providing top quality hair service to our clientele. The successful candidate will need to be motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic, reliable and have outstanding customer care skills. An Assessor qualification would be a benefit but not required.

Experienced Stylists – All Levels

Stylists with significant previous experience providing both colour and hairstyling services. The successful candidate will need to be creative, motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and have outstanding customer care skills. At Gina Conway, we are committed to training and developing our employees with full in-salon training as well as further education at the Advanced Aveda Academy in London. Opportunities also exist to work with our partner Fashion Tv on various photo shoots and high profile events within the UK as well as overseas. Opportunities exist to be a part of the Salons’ Artistic Team performing various photo shoots, creative events and seminars.  

Beauty Therapists

Experienced therapists who have significant experience providing facial, massage, manicure & pedicure and waxing (including brazilian and hollywood) services for both of our locations. The position will also include Reception work.  The ideal candidate will need to be motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and have outstanding customer care skills. At Gina Conway, we are committed to training and developing our employees with full in-salon training as well as further education at the Advanced Aveda Academy in London.  Previous Aveda training or experience would be beneficial but not required.

Experienced Receptionists

A receptionist with previous salon or spa experience for either our Fulham or Notting Hill locations. The successful candidate will need to be friendly, approachable, self motivated, reliable and have outstanding customer care skills. The right candidate will receive regular in-salon retail training as well as training from the Aveda Advanced Academy.

Salon Juniors

Top salon juniors with a passion for the hairdressing industry who want to further their experience and training with Gina Conway Aveda Salons.
The successful candidates will need to be creative, motivated, enthusiastic, dedicated to the industry, hard working, reliable and have outstanding customer care skills. The right candidate will receive regular training and development from our top educators with in-salon technical and inspirational training.
