A Bumble and Bumble stylist has been recommended by residents of Chicago in a street poll.

According to Chicago Mag, Paul Rehder is one of the favourite salons in the city after it conducted a vox pop of passers-by.

Presided over by Bumble and Bumble-trained expert David Elkayam, it was deemed "well worth the buzz".

Furthermore, it boasts a "photoshoot maven" in the form of Jillian Seely.

The research involved stopping people going about their daily lives and asking where they got their hair cut.

This particular Bumble and Bumble salon was described as perfect for chopping long hair into funky styles.

Meanwhile, it was recently announced that Estee Lauder - the company which distributes Bumble and Bumble, having acquired the brand some months ago - has won the rights to sell Smashbox cosmetic products as well.

The beauty giant also has MAC, Bobbi Brown, Prescriptives, Clinique and La Mer under its not-inconsiderable belt.
